It depends on what you contract. The Automation Pilot delivers a working automation, with documentation and training, and from there it is yours. If you prefer us to stay responsible for keeping it running, fixing issues, and evolving it, there is a monthly support contract. What we do not do is deliver and disappear with ownership left undefined.

Every automation we deliver logs what it did and alerts when it fails, so you find out from the alert, not from a complaining customer. The most common cause of downtime is not the automation itself. It is a third-party system that changed or went down. Without a support contract, the fix is quoted separately. With a contract, it is included within the agreed response time.

No. The point is to connect what already exists, not replace it. Swapping an ERP is expensive, slow, and risky, and it is rarely the answer to one specific manual process. Automation sits around the system you already use.

Then use the ERP feature. If the native tool covers your case, with a reliable timeline and no extra rework, you do not need to hire us. Custom automation is worth it when there is a concrete gap: a rule specific to your business, a process that crosses two different systems, or a roadmap promise with no date.

In most cases yes, with a different architecture. When an API, webhook, or database access exists, the automation runs integrated. When it does not, it runs in our environment, around the system, using export, spreadsheet, email, or another available contact point. The first week of the Automation Pilot is exactly for discovering which of the two paths is viable.

The Automation Pilot takes two weeks, with one condition: access credentials need to arrive in the first few days. What slows automation projects most is not development. It is waiting for credentials, internal approval, or a release from the system vendor. Larger projects vary with the number of integrations and are quoted with a fixed timeline.

We work with the least privilege credentials possible, meaning access only to what the automation needs, and we return or revoke everything at the end of the project. The data remains yours and is used only to run what was contracted. We already operate a production system with tax data and invoice issuance, so this kind of responsibility is not new for us.

Larger projects start at R$ 8.000, and the amount depends on how many systems are involved, how many exceptions the process has, and whether a panel or access control is included. We charge by stage: discovery, implementation, acceptance, and ongoing support. At the end of the Automation Pilot you get a fixed-price proposal, and the R$ 2.000 credit applies if you close within 60 days.
