Who is behind Hikari Hub?
Two co-founders, Thiago Silva and Rafael Nascimento. You talk directly to the people who build. The company is a Brazilian MEI, CNPJ 69.450.300/0001-79, in the name of Thiago Silva de Oliveira.
Do you already have clients?
Today we serve one client in production, the accounting firm Cronnor, for which we maintain a portal with documents, invoices and WhatsApp. We also build our own products; Pesaê already runs at a customer's gatehouse. The home page shows the stage of each one.
Can I hire just one practice?
Yes. Each practice works on its own. You can start with one and expand when it makes sense.
How does a project start?
With an initial conversation. If it makes sense, we send a written proposal with scope, timeline, investment and acceptance criteria.
How does follow-up work?
We agree on channels and rituals at the start: objective status, periodic meetings and a direct WhatsApp channel for urgent questions.
How do you handle my data?
Under Brazil's LGPD, with server-side validation, attempt limits on forms and restricted dashboard access. The detail, including what we do not have yet, is on the Security page and in the privacy policy.
Where do you work?
From Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and remotely. On-site visits by appointment. We have no office open to the public.
